What does 'Customer Return' mean?

These are items returned to a retailer. They may be brand new, open-box, missing parts, or slightly damaged. We do not test these items, so we recommend inspecting them to determine their condition.

Can I return an item if it doesn't work?

No, all sales are final and sold as-is. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, even for electronic items or appliances. Please bid accordingly.

Do I have to buy a whole pallet?

It depends on the auction. Some sales feature "bulk lots" or entire pallets of mixed goods, while others list high-value items like sofas or refrigerators individually.

Is shipping available for small items?

West Auctions does not offer shipping. You must pick up your items locally. If you cannot pick up in person, you may designate an agent or third-party courier to pick up on your behalf.
